New forum upgrade!



if your reading this you've probably noticed our vBulletin forum software has been upgraded. This change is to provide a better forum experience and allow us to take advantage of and offer new features and enhancements.

this upgrade also brings with it a new gallery as well as other features.

i know for some change can be hard to accept but please give it a chance.

also there may be some bugs that we'll need to fix as the become apparent so if you discover any issues then simply post them to this thread.

p.s. Can we get more themes for the forum? This light color kills my eyes when I have the lights off :D.

I like the upgrades!
Is there a possibility to get the pages listed on the FP so for multi-page threads you can just jump to the last page? Similar to what Autopia has?
 
It would be nice if the "Today's Posts" button was easier to access.
 
i can't seem to browse/load anything in tapatalk at the moment, just shows the spinning "Loading..."

More color options as well as other features to be implemented in due time. First comes the upgrade then the tweaking.

Keep your suggestions and wish list items coming, our vB Mechanic reads our forum including this thread.

Today will be the first day I've worked inside the new Admin Panel. Let me take a look and see if I can find that option and then turn it on.

I'm hoping we can get all the "normal" buttons across the header bar like you find in vB 3 versions. Just to make navigation cleaner and simpler.

Here's some feedback sent to me for our VB Mechanic...


1.) Looks like Tap-Talk isn't allowing logins. (which you already know)

2.) When linking photo's to a thread (from a 3rd party, i.e. photobucket etc..) it looks like it's keeping the photo's at their original size, instead of down-sizing with the option to expand.

Nice upgrade! It will take time for me to get used to it. I am still using Windows 95.....LOL Sooner or later I will figure it out!
 
Advanced Search does not work. Just get this message:
Warning: Declaration of vBForum_Item_SocialGroupMessage::getLoadQuery() should be compatible with that of vB_Model::getLoadQuery() in ..../packages/vbforum/item/socialgroupmessage.php on line 261
 
Going forward will we be logging in through Tapatalk or the app that i downloaded on my phone for mobile access?
 
Happy to see the "Like" button, kind of a quick thank you for help and suggestions from members.
 
Tapatalk does not seem to be working for me since the upgrade. For some reason I can't login. I know it's not a Tapatalk issue and it seems to work on other forums.
