I was finally able to try out my new Groit's Garage DA. It's really, really awesome. I've used a rotary buffer for years on customer's cars when I used to detail but I always hand waxed my cars. As I've gotten older and started a family I don't have as much time anymore and the handwaxing process can really take it out of me.

The GG did a better job and took a fraction of the time and I also didn't feel like I'd been hit by a truck the next day.

I bought mine two weeks ago and was blown away how well it worked for me.
I'm 100% sold on Griot's DA.

My PCXP is in a box now:)

IMO its much, much better all around.
I can do faster, better corrections now.
Awhile back I had the pleasure of using a Flex, as much as I like it I have no plans to buy one now since getting my GG, it's that good.

Here are two video's of me using my new GG and PC.
Check them out and you'll see what I'm so excited about.

As they are both fine machines you can clearly see the difference in power.

GG. 7 amp motor with 850 watts
PCXP 4 amp motor 450 watt.

Is it that much better than the pcxp?

The new GG is much better power wise and also now, better ergonomically. Best consumer grade DA by far IMO!

:iagree:

I am on my 4th unit. This generation compares to the first unit I had (which was the best)

And you just gotta love their return policy! :dblthumb2:

Trying to make me spend more money...
How does it compare to the rupes? Lol

I love my Griot's. It's much better than the PC, in my opin. Speed 5-6 on the PC is about 4 on the GG, if that tells you anything.
