Thanks man, the color is Mystic clearcoat mettalic. This is a FACTORY ford color in 1996. #405 of 2000 Mystic cobras made.

He has a very rare colored SVT Cobra. There are not many in that color around. In 1996, there was a 2nd rare colored Mustang GT. It was a Tangerine Orange. I ordered one, of 603 I think, in that color. Loved the color. HATED the 4.6L V8. I was stupid and ordered it with an auto trans. When I drove it up to Corpus Christi for some high end road racing, the either the BMW or Porsche clubs, that car would over heat on the 3rd lap. I sold it and bought a used '92 GT up in Houston. That GT had a few mods but, it was done as a drag racing car. Drag racing is too boring. I did some changes and got it ready for auto crossing or road racing.

I always liked that colored SVT Cobra. The Cobra was just a little out of my price range.

Thanks for the welcome but "Mystichrome" and "Mystic" is completely different colors. Mystichrome only came on 04 cobras as a special color option and Mystic was only used on production 1996 cobras. Both change colors simialarly but mystic has much deeper colors than the lighter mystichrome colors.

Thank you very much! Yes I did take this picture with an average digital camera even. I've come to find out that Mystics photograph extremely well at sunset and sunrise. Contrary to what some think that when the sun is high in the sky and very bright out.
But thanks alot and it will be twice as shiny as soon as I learn what to buy. I want the porter cable but I have no idea on the polishes and waxes I will need for my car and because I'm a newb.
