Hello Fellow OCD car care guys,
A Little Intro
I started the lifestyle with my first vehicle at 16. It was a '96 Ford Ranger Black. I purchased from a guy that used it as a truck. I knew since i paid for it i was going to keep it clean. It was oxidated, swirled and scratched. I started with doing everything by hand. I quickly learned of better performing products.
I got serious about it at 17 when my Dad wanted to get his Suburban done and a shop wanted $380, I told him I would do what they offered for him. I then moved to Meguiars and a 10" orbital. It turned out better than he expected. My Jeep Grand Cherokee (again black) was ket at a near perfect finish and it was beautiful. I have now moved on to a DA and still learning.
My latest is a '11 Ford Taurus Tuxedo Black, what can I say I am a sucker for black cars. I am a missionary in Trinidad and Tobago. The car is at my parents house under a cover. When I get to the US in July I have a wheels off 2 day detail planned and here to learn all I can to make a DD a show winner.
