Hello everyone. My name is Chris and I started a mobile detailing company a little over a year ago now. It only started as a hobby but it is now my full time job. I was pleased to find AutoGeek and look foward to learning everything I possibly can. I also hope that my joing this forum will lead to some helpful hints on how to better market myself. I'm doing extremely well so far but I'd like to do better.

In the meantime check out my website. It has photos of my work. If you spot the Red Frontier that is actually my work truck. Thanks for looking

I hope you offer AG products ... and welcome !

I've just started doing all my ordering through them. Most of my main products though I actually purchase through my fathers dealership here locally. Things like wax , wheel cleaner , ect....

And thanks guys. I do love doing this. It's a blast and I have a lot of freedoms because of it. Not to mention the compliments I get on my work make me feel great.

The only thing I'm lacking right now is being self sufficient with my own water and electric. I should , however, be purchasing a trailer this month. I need it right now as the bed of my truck is full of products and tools.

Great place to start a Detailing business. Year round work! Well AG and the members here can assist you . Just ask! Welcome! What does your detail vehicle look like?

I have a red 2000 Frontier Crew Cab. It stands out very well. It's just getting too small to hold all my things so I'm purchasing a trailer this week.

Post up a pic of that detail rig. I'm sure the folks here at AG would like to see it! I know I would. Have you thought about putting some AG graphics on the trailer?

That's it right after I bought it. Not many changes, just defogged the headlights and added magnetic signs on the side.

Actually I didn't know they had AG stuff like that available to put on a trailer. I'm very interested. It would have to go on the trailer I purchase though as my neighborhood doesn't allow commercial vehicles to be parked outside the house over night.

I need some opinions though asap on trailers. I've found a 4x6 open trailer with a ramp door the back for a great price. Used very little but I fear from the pictures that it has rust on it. Can something be done about the rust?

Nice truck, that Red can look wet. I don't know about the trailer. If it's not rusted through or in a bad spot you may be able to repair it. Someone here can help for sure.

hi chrisquickshine ! i was just on your site (nice truck looks great). I'm surprised you don't charge a little more for your full detail.

Taking in my time and supply cost I still walk away with a nice profit. I'm just trying to establish myself all over my county for my good work and then my prices may go a bit up. For now I don't mind staying competitive.
