We're very excited to have the Lake Country Constant Pressure Hi-Gloss Foam Pads in stock. As most of you that have ever used a dual action or rotary polisher know, you can never have too many pads to choose from. When it comes to polishing a vehicle, selection is key along with high-quality products designed to get the job done right the first time.

What makes these pads unique is they feature a layer of engineered, instant rebound foam between the pad and the backing plate. The instant rebound foam layer acts as a cushion or shock absorber between the backing plate on the machine and the surface you're polishing. This allows the pad to absorb off-axis motion while maintaining a constant and uniform pressure on the surface. To make it simple, this allows a beginner to achieve the results of a professional.

As you can see below, the rebound foam is super soft and acts as a cushion or shock absorber. The rebound foam absorbs the uneven pressure while polishing which allows 100% of the face of the pad to remain flat on the surface.

Very interesting...this makes me think of the threads where people are talking about the full backing plates.

Nick,

I remember a few of us guys were interested in these when one of your competitors were going out of business. You heard us and listened. This goes to show you why I along with numerous others keep coming back to Autogeek for our detailing needs. That is fantastic customer service in my book. You guys are awesome!!!!

Thanks,

Ken

I'd be interested if they weren't CCS pads, but since they're CP-CCS, no thanks.

How thick are these pads? I'm spoiled on the low profile HT and CCS pads and wanted to see how they compare. They appear to be as thick as regular CCS pads. Thanks.

Man,I was going to be all over these when I saw the title of the thread but I have to agree with you Charlie because I prefer the flat face and NOT the CCS style.

I am glad that I bought 15 flat, Constant Pressure, 5.5 inch GOLD foam pads from CMA at just over 5 dollars each. I use them for applying LSP and they are going to last me for my life.

Awesome, I'll be ordering some of these. To be honest they are my favorite pad I've ever used! (non CCS)

Keep them out of heat to prolong them. I had a totally unused Griots Garage red wax pad in my garage for 2 years and it deteriorated into crumbly little pieces.
