I thought Lexol made Vinylex. Does that mean Vinylex is going bye-bye?

+1. If not, as wfedwar said, what's the difference between the new protectant and Vinylex, besides the SPF60?

For me, it's just look like they copied the 303 protector with their SPF45 and to say it's better they added +15 spf.. I will stick with 303. My opinion!

Not that I know of at the present time. I will get some more information for you guys from Lexol and post it up here as soon as I get it.
