New Rotary

Congrats :props:

Garage sales/flea markets, pawnshops, CL/eb*y yield excellent used machines and cases/bags.

Now in the market for a used Cyclo @ a reasonable price.

another thread people have to go through to get answers to their questions that can't be found here

Thank you, my grandpa gave it to me.

What will you be using the cyclo for?

LMAO. I just woke my wife up because I couldn't stop laughing. That's my favorite movie of all time!

Keep Calm & Chive On

This video made me laugh also haha

I just excited about my new tool and came here to share with my AGO friends.

Sounds tight. Good choice.
More power than your old SnapOn rotary.
Won't be able to jewel the finish after polishing though. Not into that aspect of correction myself.

Here's the thing. I learned, or at least attempted to learn, from a person whose methodology varied from that of the posters, and revered master detailers on the thread http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/auto-detailing-101/37767-jewelling-definition.html .

From their methods your machine will work flawlessly. The detailer that I worked under taught me to drop the rpm's below what the esteemed detailers show in that thread. I never watched Mike's video...might be a good time for me to peruse. All-in-all, jewelling isn't on my radar.

I will say this though, I've learned and corrected much of what I do machine wise from emulating procedures on this forum, and from dozens of hours talking with detailers like Tuscarora Dave.
