Show schedule for Fox Sports Channel

Sundays at 11:30am Eastern Time
Monday's at 4:30pm Eastern Time

Pictures from the show
I took my trusty, dusty camera along and took lots of pictures. So if you see a car in the show that you're interested in I'll be adding these pictures to the www.AutogeekOnline.net discussion forum where you can post your comments or ask questions.

From reading other forums from other TV shows I found there is usually continued interest in specific cars, projects and people showcased on the shows that usually leads to questions on the forum... but there's usually no follow-up and no pictures...

So anyone that's been reading my forum posts over the years knows I'm pretty good at getting pictures and then getting them up in an easy to view format in a thread.... like this one... :D

Here's a few samples...

1954 EMW built in Eisenach, East Germany - Not BMW
This car is #144 of 152 coupes and was built at the old BMW factory in Eisenach, East Germany. It’s actually a 1937-1939 BMW 327 but was built after WWII from pre-war parts and tooling. The car was completely restored in 2006 in Europe and is believed to be the only 327/3 with an EMW (Eisenacher Motorenwerk) badge in the U.S.

Very cool, going to be neat to have a show on the Fox Sports Network!
Mike is really getting to see some amazing vehicles with this show!!

Wow. Cant wait! Looks very interesting Mike, I'm sure you had a blast filming.

Wow!! 35 cents for a gallon of gas. I am thinking 1960's. Cool looking cars Mike. Can't wait to see the show.:hotrod2:

Not only is it a blast but I've also made new life-long friends in the car world and in the media world...

Also just to note, we have 3 different "Features" that will start airing the same day as the debut of the TV show on My Classic Car with Dennis Gage and there's a few more cool things in the works...

First, Bill Crouder, the guy in the show was so cool...

These were just a few samples, I have a lot of pictures to process and get onto the forum but I think everyone will enjoy them. I remember when I worked for Meguiar's occasionally I would get phone calls routed to me by people that saw a car on "Car Crazy" and they wanted more information and we had nothing to give them. That experience stuck in my brain all these years so when I was filming the show I made sure to get plenty of pictures and I have the contact information for all the people on the show and if the occasion arises I can get a question to them for a forum member.

Hang tight and I'll post two pictures that are of VERY RARE cars that will be on the show.

Mike,

Man you are livin the dream! :props:

I can't thank Max enough for believing in me and giving me a chance. Our relationship started after I taught my Meguiar's class her at DetailFest in 2009 back when I was still working for Meguiar's.

Me too! Kind of weird in a fun way...

This soo cool. I can not wait to see the new show.

I really like bringing the TV world into the forum world and as much as we can the forum world into the TV world.

It's really been an opportunity and a thrill of a lifetime.

Couple of more pictures coming right up...

These are just a few more samples of the cars we captured for the show...

This is a restored Hurtz Rent-a-Racer in mint condition...

This is an Oldsmobile 442 W-30 Option car. While we were filming this episode a person called and wanted to buy the entire car collection just to get their hands on this car...

Note the orange/red inner fenders...

So many cool people we met while filming the show and so many cool cars!

:)

Guess I wasn't aware W-30s were THAT rare on the grand scale.

But then again, I'm from Lansing, MI -- or in other words, Olds/Cutlass/442 mecca. They were all built here (in a factory my grandfather worked in) and several of them are still around here. I've seen several W30s, W31s, etc. in my lifetime.

Promo Looks great! Wish you had gotten my email where I wanted to meet up while you were in Middle Tennessee. Guess I'll just have to catch it on the tube :( Looks great though!

The hood doesn't look right....altho its tough to tell from the supplied pics!

Yeah I'm not an Olds 442 expert but the phone call to purchase the entire collection just to get the W30 was real. I check with Craig Danzig and find out who eventually purchased the entire collection and you'll get to meet Craig in one of the episodes, he's a real "Car Guy" with some pretty cool cars in his own garage including a "Barn Find" 1966 Corvette.

This is looking like a really good show in the making! Will it be shot entirely in HD?
