Im doing lot washing, all i do is spry off and dry clean need ideals on fater ways and ways to stop stricking and water spots. Right now i use the absorber to dry. any ideals would help thanks. tricks to make water soft to

they are turning out good just takes time. I have already got good name in town and took over few dealerships just takes to long

just buy a deionizer the one sold here is overly expensive for what it is. can get the deionizer resin and filters through various sites, do a google search for a deionizer water filter.just remember using a filter then not drying afterwards will leave spotting, so basically imo using one of those filters is 100% pointless as your drying the car anyways i just dont see a point in having a water filter unless its a simple sediment/chemical filter for wash water and filling chemical bottles up. and what will help with drying is use some wax as you dry spray or quick detailer spray, the turtle wax as you dry works pretty good as for some reason it conditions the absorber helping it suck up more water and helps with leaving the paint streak/spot free...but if you dont want to use another product then you might need to follow up the absorber with a microfiber. i know i need to follow up with a microfiber after using my absorber so would be the better and cheaper option is to just order a ton of waffle weave towels and use those instead of an absorber i wouldnt use the ones in stores(execpt for meguiars waffle weaves) they are not true waffle weave towels as they feel really rough and are not waffle weave microfiber. you can find pictures showing what the real waffle weaves should look like.

so how would i use the wax as i dry and i do about 400 cars in 2 days

How many different absorbers are you using on the 400 cars? How do you know the waterspots were not there before you fired up the pressure washer? How many days passed since they were last done? I've seen some lots on bi-weekly schedule. Imo the problem is the process. 400 cars on different lots, seems you are rushing the job. Not allowing the rinse to sheet the dust and the fallout off the cars. I say this because of the streaking issue. The absorber is probably contaminated. As far as the spray wax, there is not usually enough $$$ built into the contract to justify this expense. Now as far as the waterspotting, you're probably rinsing too many cars at once before you hit them with the absorber, allowing water to dry on the vehicles. I watched a guy back in my driving days do 30 cars in less than two hours. He picked 3 cars in a line , door to door as on most lots, rinsed the middle one first, then the one on the right, and lastly the one on the left. He then would dry the right, followed by the middle. Thusly having the one lastly rinsed, dried last. This way by the time he got to the last of the 3, it would be the one that was most wet. That was his process. He made $3 per car and said that he usually cleared about a benjamin a day before he called it quits. Happy trails..

Your ideals are messed up if you are stricking after lot washing. You need to see a professional!

Your "washing" a car every 5 minutes and want to be quicker? I think you need to slow down, as in 5 minutes the last thing you need to worry about leaving behind are water spots.
