So I have been mentioning is some of my posts about a new waterless wash I have been using so I thought I would post up some more info about the stuff since I have been getting a couple pm's about it....
It's a pretty neat and unique product. This is what the production version will be like if/when it goes on the market...in a re-pumpable aerosol bottle...the plunger on the left pumps up the bottle so it sprays ike and aerosol...comes in handy...not sure if it will hit the mass market or be an "exclusive" to one vendor product....
How it works..spray onto a dirty surface...and this stuff can definitely handle a surface much dirtier than your avg waterless wash or qd'er could...I was first shown the product on a volvo that hadn't been washed for easily a month...you let it sit just for a second or two as you watch the product emulsify/encapsulate the dirt...then you lightly wipe the area down with a mf towel to remove all the dirt...then comes the fun part...this stuff actually hazes because it has a wax/sealant in it...and you simply flip your towel over and give it a light buff to give a nice shine to the paint...the product also has an ultra fine clay in it which allows it to polish the paint while you buff so it helps to shine up the paint...the microfine clay doesnt induce any swirls and the clay does actually settle in the product so you have to shake it up before each use...interesting product...we will se what happens if/when it goes into full production...
