Hi everyone! I've been a long time lurker who just recently signed up. And I have a few questions in regards to pressure washers, quick disconnects and foam cannons. I'm looking to purchase either a Dewalt 3400psi rated at 2.5gpm or the Dewalt 3800psi rated at 3.5gpm. Which one would be the better pressure washer for a home detailer?
For the foam cannon I'm looking into purchasing one from the AutoGeek Webstore here. My question is which quick disconnect will I need to attach the foam cannon to the end of my wand? I would like to keep the wand attached to my trigger and have the foam cannon at the end of the wand. It seems like this route would make it easier to rinse the car down after foaming it. Of course in order to do this I would need to install a shut-off valve before my wand if I read correctly.
Which brings up my next question. Which shut-off valve will I need and does the shut-off valve attach to my trigger before the wand?
