Newbie here, some Optimum questions

Hi everyone.
I'm fairly new to this forum, and I need your help.
I am planning on detailing my daily driver, a Graphite Pearl Accord.
Since I just recently detailed my Odyssey, using Optimum Poli-seal + 2 coats of Opti-seal, I would like to try on the Optimum Polish II and (if possible) the Opt Finish Polish.
Can someone point the difference between the 2?
I think the paint on my Accord is generally very good. Just some very minor swirls...I think! So, which is a more appropriate product for me, the OP, or the FP?

Optimum Polish should typically be used with Orange and White Pads, and has more cut than Optimum Finishing Polish.

Opt Finish Polish is a low-abrasive high-gloss finishing polish that should be used with pads that offer no cut.
