Okay....so AIO's are all the rage....and I bought this one a while ago, along with a bunch of other CG stuff. Finally carved out enough time on a Saturday to try this product out, along with a careful wash and clay of my 2013 Tundra. This is my first shot at using anything other than a standard wax, so bear with me. Started with the usual two-bucket wash, followed by a blow dry, and then clay bar (Griots) using Griots Speed Shine as the lube. I was using Hexlogic orange pads, which were suggested to me by a CG fan boy. I'd have to say they worked well, since there was nothing more than some superficial scratches to deal with. As far as the AIO, it finished very nicely and left the truck with a nice gloss, and brought out the metallic in the paint. The truck is what Toyota calls Pyrite Mica...basically a grayish-brown metallic...not easy to get to 'pop'.

I did learn a couple of things.....work the product until it almost disappears, or it was a bugger to get off. I'm not gonna blame the product, but more the user. I'm learning as I go. Over all, I guess it was just okay. I'm gonna follow up with pics tomorrow, and will be very interested to see how well the sealant part of the product lasts.

I have used CG'S AIO too. It's average in my opinion. I always top a sealant, especially an AIO with a good wax. I like an extra layer of protection.

If you like this you have to try 3D HD Speed!!

Nice job! Sounds like you did everything right for a newby.

The only suggestion I'd make is try using a slightly less aggressive pad when applying a AIO if your paint is already in good shape. For example, I've achieved near perfect results using a white CCS polishing pad w/ HD Speed. As Mike Philips always says - start with the least aggressive first.

Here's a review I did on using HD Speed a while back:

Thank you for the suggestion. I consider myself fortunate to have a family member who is pretty well versed in this stuff, in addition to the helpful folks on this forum.

Totally agree! Looking forward to seeing after photos of your truck - the Pyrite Mica color looks great in your little avatar image :)

when you move up to other products, the V4 (CG AIO) is good for headlights/taillights...takes out light scratches and leaves some protection.
