Welcome....

Not bad.....

But you dont have a sealant and or Wax on your list.....
THe wet Paint Glaze I have no experience with at all.... probably not doing what you want... (glaze usually is not a wax/sealant)....

If you are going with a few PB's products, just get their soap as well.... its very good...

Not sure if the color X is going to get out the swirls.... might just want to wait until you get the cash and get the Porter Cable (PC) polisher and the PB's 2.5 and 1.0 polishes or the XMT polishes.
S&W is a great product, as it the S&G. Just get atleast 32oz of the S&W.

There's alot on your list that I could comment on, but I'll leave that to others....
You are forgetting the 3 Autogeek brands (Pinnacle, Wolfgang, DP) that are all really good....
For pricing bang for your buck, you cant go wrong with the DP and PB's line.

please remember ... no linking to outside product lines nor their vendors. Thanks !!

sorry about that, i think you edited it out? it was a list i made in html to save on my computer and at first i wanted to just copy/paste the plain text list, but the pictures showed up automatically (pretty cool, never seen that on a forum) so i left it. i apologize though!

im not experienced with any kind of buffing, etc.. i need to read up alot before trying it i guess.

Any other comments from anyone? Thanks alot!

What year is your vehicle? I didn't notice a clay bar or a paint cleaner or a wax or sealant. What were you planning to use as your last step product? Have you checked out Autogeek.net 's detail university?? It describes step by step processes for all the facets of car care. It would be an excellent place for you to start. :) And of course we are here to help you any way we can also. We want everybody to have the best possible finish possible for their ride. :)

Yeah, you are definitely going to need to get the swirls out with something stronger than colorX. As stated above, save up for a Porter Cable Buffer. Very user friendly, and 99.9999999% safe on your paint. (or something like that) And Max Wax is a great wax, works really nice, especially on darker colors.
