While this color is not my fav', the car turned out superb for an '01. The dealer sold this car to an individual 4 years ago, so I knew the finish would be pretty good. Plus, it only have 50,000 miles in 7 years. Almost chip free on the front end.

Here's a representative of the light scratches I encountered:

Light compounding with a wool pad removed them pretty easily

After compound + polishing (used Adams Revive because I have a lot of it to reduce my inventory), the car was power washed and given a coat of Meguiar's #26. I wasn't able to get some decent outdoor shots, but you'll get the idea. For the interior, I used a soapy water solution and horse hair brush on the leather and interior plastic. For the carpets, I power washed the mats and used apc and a hot water extractor to remove.

Oh, we put the rear seat bottom back in....it's pretty easy to take out and clean when it's outside the car.

Getting ready to start on a Black (what else) 645Ci this week.

Deja Vu....VERY nice work on this one - good as new....maybe better ;)

The only thing that would have made that E38 better would be if it had the cream/marineblue interior.
Great job on a beautiful car

great job, not big n that color but looks super wet, I love those wheels, I want to set up a E39 (540 6sp) with those wheels
