NO CONTACT FROM AG CUSTOMER SERVICE...ORDER RECEIVED IS INCOMPLETE

I placed an order from AG on 7/24. The order was shipped out on 7/25. I received the order on 7/27. I inventoried the two boxes I received and noticed I was missing the one Cobra 6 pack 16 x 24 microfiber plush towels. I sent them an email on 7/29 advising of them missing item. No response was received. I sent them a second message on 8/1 advising no one had contacted me, I still did not have them item, and if no one contacted me I would be placing a hold on my credit card for the incomplete order. As of typing this email I have not received any type of communication from any AG customer service personnel.

I have ordered things in the past (3+ years ago) and never had an issue. However, fast forward to current date no one picks up the phone, no response to emails, and many items are out of stock. Is anybody else seeing a decline or being ignored from customer service?
 
Things are a lot different than 3+ years ago. Some people have been able to get through to customer service, I'm sure someone will chime in with some advice.
 
They really want you to spend too, you don’t get decent percent off until you spend at least $100 and up. So much for the small orders when you only need a few things. Those used to be how I ordered. I’m definitely going to shop around though because I am going to need larger quantities of products to restock my arsenal. Down here I detail the most in Fall and Winter.
 
I stopped ordering from them over a year ago, get better deals from TRC, AutoForge and direct from manufactures.
