Noob warning; are these scratches too deep?

So after some short passes with M105 on a 3" cyan pad on my drill and a few with a optimum MF cutting pad on the DA I still have this:

I've definitely rounded the edges over and reduced the appearance, but as you can see they are far from gone.

Looks like there might not be enough clear to work with to fully remove them. I believe they are from just driving down the road. Car is a '14 Mustang, Sterling Grey Metallic.

Should I stop now? Is there a way to fill this with some more clear? Maybe applied from the end of a toothpick or pin and then wet-sanded level?

I'd get some clear and build it up, then wet sand and polish. It won't be perfect, but it will take a good eye to catch it.

Would you get the clear from a dealer in a bottle or from an autoparts store in a spray can ? Brand ?

I have always got matching paint in a bottle from the dealer, bullt it up, sanded and polished it down. Works pretty good but not perfect.

How does using clear compare to using matching paint from dealership ?

Regardless of where you get the paint you want to mix some paint and clear together instead of trying to apply clear over paint. As deep as those scratches are you may not get as good a match with just filling with clear. But you can test any method and go from there. Be careful near the edges if you attempt any sanding. I would wait a week or two before trying to sand or buff any touch up, depending on temps And weather. Worst case, you remove the touchup and start over, or live with it as is.
