Two weeks ago I did a wash and wax on a Toyota Venza. It was about one month old. Interior got a light vacuum and wipe down. There were some very light water spots on the rear bumper and rear hatch which I hand polished before wax. While washing I realized that some areas (mostly the horizontal surfaces) were rough and after showing the owners it was decided to do a full claying session on my next visit. For now they wanted some protection on the paint.
