I took this picture this morning after a moderate rainfall, and some dry air time (you know after it stops raining for like a hour...lol)

This is Permanon PLATINUM applied to the roof of a Black 15 Passenger Van.

The roof of the vehicle had ZERO beading before application.

I only washed the roof with a mixture of shampoo and APC.

No Claying and No Polishing was done at all.

It's a 15 Passenger van, remember? That roof so high, and me so lazy :(

The Permanon was the sample that I received from Nick......... (As per Nick) etc.

I mixed the contents of the small bottle and added it to a sprayer filled with distilled water.

This picture is a week in.

Application is so easy, it feels like Sin.

The slickness and shine IMO, are just not there when used as a Stand Alone Product.

However, for protection, it really works.

I will try to come back and post updates on beading as time goes on. :)

Thanks for your: "not really a review"!!
Nice change of pace!! :D

In your opinion:
Another prime example of: 'An LSP-product that can't have it all'...?!?!

However, for protection, it really works.

May I then assume you're an adherent of the: "beading-equals-protection" discipline?

:)

:( Yes.

It is visually comforting.

LOL
I've always liked Plato's viewpoints, wherein that he makes a sharp distinction
between sense-perception and abstract-knowledge.

His arresting analogy of:
"Appearances vs. The Formal-reality of the World of Ideas"...
exemplifies, to me, the reasons his viewpoints have had a profound, and lasting impact on Epistemology.

I find that this, in and of itself, to also be comforting. LOL!!

Beading is not a sign of a waxed or protected area of paint but rather surface tension. "Clean" paint beads water with no wax or sealant.

The permanon area looks good, should be easy to wash and just blow off now. I hate those high roofs!

Thanks.

I HATE high roofs too.

That's why when I got the sample it was already spoken for........ to do the van.

Looks like Bob is actually a Indian guru.

Ommmmmmm

Lol
