We have a problem. I got my hose nozzle stuck on the hose. I left the hose out all winter. I did buy a Little big shot nozzle , but how do I get the old one off. I did use boiling water and have tried wd40 and a wrench, any ideas?

maybe try to use a plumbing wrench and a table clamp or manuever two wrenches together going in opposite directions.

My pressure washing quick connectors needed to be replaced about every 3-4 months and those were almost impossible to get off.

Ok this sounds strange. Get a metal tool something with some weight on the tip. Pair of wire snips wrench etc. tap the hell out of the parts that the hose connects up into the nozzle. Tap hard on the nozzle all the way around it. You will see debris fall out of it, but this should help. I left mine out as well and did this. Hit it pretty hard and you should be ok. It's usually caused by mineral build up.

I was able to get rid of white mineral build up and it helped alot. I might just have to go back to home depot and get a good plumbing wrench

U could Try using the handle of a screw driver and but a bit of babe Ruth in it.

Ha! I did have to pound mine like I was chipping to get out of jail, replaced washer and all was well.

I have yet to see how this nozzle I have right next to me works

Does look interesting...

No, bought it today at home depot for 9 bucks, made in usa, seems solid

My friend discovered this online a while ago, but we haven't been in a situation where we needed anything stronger than PB Blaster since.

Technical Penetrating Oil Showdown!!! - THE H.A.M.B.

As a penetrating oil, a 1:1 mix of Acetone and ATF apparently loosens a bolt better than anything you can get OTC.
If you're still having issues, maybe it's worth a try!

I have tried
boiling water
CLR
wd40
mix between all three with no luck

thoughts?

I would try soaking in some PB Blaster penetrating oil then using vise grips/ pipe wrench. If all else fails you can always just cut the thing off and put on a new compression fit end.

Do you have a picture of it?

You could soak it in PB Blaster like MPBGT said and you can also try to heat it up if you have a torch or something..that will surely make it come off.

No, i currently do not, basically I have a giant semi broken nozzle with the brass thread from the hose stuck on it

I just watched the video and about 1 minute 14 seconds the guy said "it won't come loose" so it looks like your're stuck!

I would try a pipe wrench and a cheater pipe. As a safety engineer I must warn you.... Never pull a cheater pipe in the direction of your face without your dental insurance card handy. Clamp the hose to something and slip the pipe over the wrench for leverage.
