Hey everyone,

Just as the subject line states...Would it be ok to do this? I plan to use the NXT as a supplement in between my planned quarterly polishes. I'm thinking every other week just to keep the shine going (and to use up the bottle to make way for better products hehehe...) Please let me know your input. Thanks!

never found NXT wax booster to be that great. It runs, streaks and is a pain to remove. Examples of some good QDs after wash are ClearKote QuikShine, FinishKare 425, Pinnacle Crystal Mist. Duragloss Aquawax is not bad either, but it streaks on black.

NXT Spray Wax

I personally have used the product and it has worked fine for me on various car colors.
I have all the Great New AutoGeek suggested products eg; Pinnacle Menzerna,Woflgang,PoorBoy's, Mothers.Megs,Soverjn Klasse . You name it I have it in some form. IMO product use is a personal preference. Now if the product does not perform the way the manufactor says it's supposed to then it should be given a bad rep.But because it does not work for me one time I don't bad mouth it. I try to use it under varing conditions ,eg; Cool surfaces ,dampened applicater,Spritzered w/water etc. Try different applications. I had to use PC, Rotory for some really good products. That when used with PC would not work right or rotory vise - versa. I have a little time in the trade and I'm learning every day every car! Keep an open mind Ladies and Gents!

You may like it but the majority of people don't on all the forums, I got rid of mine, might as well throw a coat of a nice easy on/off wax like Nattys Blue or Souveran, since NXT Spray doesn't even look remotely as good as those two for example and too much work for a spray wax (easy on/off spray wax equals AW, Souveran Spray etc).

Thanks everyone for the varying opinions!

I have seen what most have stated it streaking and it being a b**** to wipe off with a towel once it's hazed. However, my timeline for using is is every other week to 1 month (I plan to polish and use Natty's blue every quarter). It will be my in-between wax (until I finish the product) My car is my daily driver so IMO the NXT duration isn't a really big concern. But again, thanks for the opinion.

BTW, what is AW? Is that aquawax? I'm not too familiar with all the products yet. Thanks again!

Aquawax, and yes it blows away NXT Spray, not even a comparison. Looks excellent, good durablity, goes on everything from rims, paint, glass etc.

Hmm....I'm going to have to check that stuff out..Thanks again!

Yep, and Aquawax is fairly cheap too;) Here's a shot after giving my wifes white accord a wipe down with it last week after a wash. Made the care slick as hell too.

I never got an honest answer ... does the spray version contain calcified kaolin just like the liquid. If so, it will likely remove or reduce some of the wax under it as a light cleaner.

I got rid of mine, but not sure, hated that product though, might as well throw another coat of wax on for that pain in the arse to use product lol.

Yah, the NXT speed detailer really sucks.......worst I've used to date, and I've used a bunch!
