Ok, What Now?

So I got my PC in the mail today! Just 1 question, did I put the backing plate on right? All I did was use the wrench to hold the nut on the PC and then screwed the BP in. Is this right? I Left the little washer on there, is this ok? Also do I ever need to mess with the counter weight? Thanx Guys. I know this might be a stupid question.
 
You should have two washers on there. One from the BP and one from the PC. Don't need to mess with the weight at all. Hope this helps. :D
 
I only have one washer on mine and it does fine, but if you have two great. As for the counter weight, just leave it no need to mess with it, factory installed.
 
Having just read this and bringing an older model PC back into service. Would someone describe the exact positioning of those washers. Looks like a trip to Lowes is called for as mine have disappeared. Thanks
 
If you are going to use 6.5 pads, I highly recommend getting the 6 counter weight to lesson the vibrations.

Cost $4....
 
Sounds like you screwed up--yeah, just screw it up and your done.
