Old school aluminum wheels

Guys I've run across a great deal on some pretty rare and expensive wheels. They are Enkei 98 2 piece aluminum wheels. They were not taken care of and I was trying to polish them but was looking for something aggressive cause I feel they can be better. Take a look.

Now, hit with a little mothers metal polish and a rag.

I know they make all kinds of cones, balls and wheels. What would you all recommend for this and I also have to get between all those wheel bolts. I hate to take them out cause the bolts are expensive and I heard that when you take them out you need to replace them and have heard of them breaking while removing. Any suggestions and any recommendations to wheel shops that may have these bolts? Thanks.

I'm thinking I could get that a harbor freight or any other hardware store? That looks perfect. I found replacement hardware so I may have them checked and straightend and go to town. Thanks.

I have used the mothers power ball and cone on previous aluminum wheels on my old truck and they worked great. The cone is better IMO.

A small (3") sizal wheel and tripoli compound. After use softer wheel and the same tripoli to restore shine. Final buff with the Mother's polish by hand. This is a 3 step polishing routine similar to how you fix defects in paint. Make sure you seal after polishing so your hard work doesn't oxidize.
