Just placed a replenishment order by phone and Meghan answered the phone. What a delightful experience! That's typical of why I keep coming back to AG.Thanks againJohn Redondo Beach, CA

She must have caller id because she is always "out of the office" when I call.... LOL ;)

You have to keep trying, eventually I sit down and do some work at my desk!

That was part of the delight. I had actually tried her extension, got the out of office message, and then caught her on the regular 'place an order' line. Sometimes its better to be lucky than good
