One pad that claims to compound, polish, & finish?

So are they as good as they sound

I don't know.... we always talk about technique.... and if you apply the wrong technique, you don't get the results you want in paint correction. The noodles inside my skull is telling me that even if with the LC orange pads, if you use a finishing polish and/or wax for that matter and use no pressure at low speed setting and fast arm movement, there should no to minimum paint removal.

Any thoughts about what I said?
 
I thought Surbuffs were only good for compound since they are very aggressive. Even paired with a finishing polish I dont think thats a good idea.
