Hey guys, I just got some ONR to use as a clay lube, but have some questions. I diluted it 2 ounces of ONR to 1 gallon of water and for some reason it doesn't seem like that would be a good lube. However, that's what the bottle says to do. Any suggestions on if this is a good dilution ratio or do i need stronger?

ONR Dilutions...Per:
Label/Chris Thomas

Clay lube:
•1:64 = 2oz/1 gallon;
or:
•60 ml to 3.84 liters of water;
or:
•15.6 ml per liter of water.

Regarding "hard water":
Increase the ratio of the product dilution by 20%,
to adjust for minerals, if any, in the water used.

It is good enough unless you have really hard (well) water.

You can virtually use any kind of lube.I use spray way foaming glass cleaner I just bought 80 cans at Home Depot the funny thing is I don't use it on windows. I use it for clayin and jambs I'm mobile here in south Florida and I can tell u 98 degrees with high humidity u need stuff that works I've tried them all there only one that doesn't give me problems at all ad it's not available in the stores .

I use ONR in its rinse less ratio strait from the wash bucket. Wash a section, clay it, dry it, move on to the next. No issues.
