ONR left weird spotting on clear plastic?

Hey guys, I ran out of meguires vinyl and rubber conditioner which I use on all interior surfaces of my personal cars. My likes it, but I ran out so I said just use the ONR (i dilute it as a quick D). Somehow, after she wiped the clear plastic panel covering the instrument cluser on her 09 TDI, there appears to be some blotching/spotting from what looks like the INSIDE of the plastic?!

i have never seen anything like this before, and was not there before wiping it with the ONR.

Any ideas? What should i try wiping it with? Doesnt come off with finger. Got some more megs M40 coming on thursday..?
 
Sounds like (your wife?) got some drops of ONR that ran down the inside of the cluster--I'm afraid the only way to clean that is to take the plastic off and clean that back side.
 
hmm, she claims to have sprayed it on the cloth only and then wiped. Either way I will hav eto take it off to see what is going on. Guess ONR doesnt like that particular plastic?
