Well, as the title says - I accidentally scheduled a detail on a Citation Sovereign, a full detail on a 24 ft give or take boat, and a full interior and lite exterior on an auto.......... all in one day! This with only 4 employees! Any advice?!?!?!? Thanks in advance AG brothers and sisters!

its better to have to much than not enough I guess, glad to see your staying busy my friend:)

Offer a generous discount to the one that you cancel on? ;)

All I can say is YOU DA MAN!!!! I could only dream of being that busy...heck I dont think any 3 of us are as busy as you are.

Lol - my youngins are still youngins! 3 to 11 :/
Heheheeee.... and you don't already have um' working? :D Likr my Daddy used to say.... "When I was 3 I was walking to school, uphill both ways, with cardboard in my shoes boy!"

It's not the value of a dollar, but the vslue of hard work. And something tells me that 'dem youngins' will soon enough come to appreciate jus' that. ;)

wouldnt it be better to sub it out ? still pull some $$ keep customer happy and get someone you trust to do it? Unless of course the customer is cool with a reschedule,, I wish I had your problem!

I can see if I can send a bus your way that day, if you have an open spot.

No sir - all of these are my regular clients....... I don't mind tossing work with a random retail call, but when it comes to my regulars I am very particular! Plus, I would NEVER sub an aircraft...... very rarely a boat - and this auto client has been there before I ever even started detailing lol ;)

Nice work man! It shows that you impress your customers and keep them happy, glad you got it figured out!
