its just one of those days. Ay yi yi
If I've read correctly in my searching... go over again with a thin layer, let dry,and wipe?
It's on black and not wiping off

Personally I'd spray some QD to help with removal. Never heard of the other way, but it should work also.

I thought of using my ONR QD mix but went ahead and threw on an LC red pad with a small amount.
Applying and wiping off right away (1 panel at a time) and its working like a charm.
Hopefully this helps if anyone runs into this problem in the future

Glad you got it worked out. It's crazy how little 845 it actually takes to do a panel.

Heck yea man..well now its got 3 layers of 845 lol...got a little too crazy with the second coat

Yep product will remove product, spritz a little distilled water on it also to help removal.

Prsonally I just prime my red pad and can do probably half a vehicle with the amount used simply to prime, I've never measured but I'd guess I only use an ounce per application.

How long since you applied it?? If it has been less than an hour let it sit a bit longer and then it will come off. My experience the time I applied to thick anyway...

I have had 845 do this to me a few times..it wipes off then there is a hazy oily film left behind..its kind of a PITA to remove. I used some opti-clean to clean it off but still took some effort..sometimes 845 works great and removes easy..and sometimes I get this happen.

The first coat was on for an hour until removed. It was a light coat and no problems removing.
I applied the second coat too thick and allowed an hour until wipe off.
Did 2 things...
One side I reapplied and wiped immediately.
Second side I used my ONR QD mix.
Both worked well but I'll make a better evaluation tonight when I see the car at work

Check if there's any sweating - I once applied 845 too thickly, under a cloudy but noon-time sky, and I had it sweating on me for the next week.

I've read about this before...thanks for the reminder...luckily I see it every day so I keep an eye on it
