Opinions on wheel safe tire cleaners?

I am dealing with Matte Black Powder Coated wheels. Looking for the best tire cleaner that will be safe on the wheels if there is any overspray.

I am considering Megs APC at 10:1 or Optimum Power Clean at 3:1.

Should I be safe, but still effective, at these dilutions? Any other ideas out there?

Amazing Roll-Off is a safe cleaner and does a good job on the wheels and wells.

Amazing Roll-Off Spray it on and watch the dirt roll off!

AutoGlym Custom Wheel cleaner cleans like no other. Dirt literally begins shedding from the tire once sprayed on and it cleans wheels really good as well.

I used to use Amazing Roll off but AG CWC blows the doors off it!
