So after getting backed into by a friend and having to replace the bumper, i finally had a chance to opti guard the new bumper and hood (had a scratch to buff out).

This time around, I used Menz SF 4500 on a blue buff and shine pad and Flex 3401 speed 5. Then i finished again with the SF 4500 on a scholl concepts black waffle pad (awesome pad BTW) speed 3.5.

So here it is...enjoy!

Check out what was flying around my head!!!

Looks great! Nice job with the polishing. What type of plane is that?

Hmm, it appears your truck looked so good from the opti-guard that the pilot of the plane spotted the shiny clean truck from way up there and requested a fly-by :D

one quick question, Im thinking about putting opti-guard on my chrome bumper aswell now my question is how easy is it to apply to chrome, Ive never done that before how can you tell when it flashes do to the shine enhancers in chrome? It's easy on paint clearly but again little worried about difficulty on the chrome.

not hard at all..you can still see the flashing on the chrome..in fact i think it is easier on chrome than on black!
