I haven't done many yet, and I only do cars for money as very-occasional sideline work (word of mouth through friends and colleagues), but I've calculated my product and supplies costs for a full headlamp restoration at around $10 per lens, and it takes me around an hour to do one, 90 minutes for two including taping and masking adjacent areas, full correction, coating, UV lamp curing and cleanup. I charge accordingly.
I haven't sold a windshield or glass job yet, but that is closer to a paint correction and coating, with quite the span of possible offerings. If I have to correct glass with machine polishing... it'll be costly.
