Well its been out for a while now and I don't see many reviews or people using it for that matter? I think it would be a nice product to try out since I have a tendency to use too much product, so it would be nice to give it a spray or two on the pad and go to work.

Anybody use the compound and care to comment with the pros and cons? I currently use 105/205 and I personally am getting tired of 105s moodyness. some days its good some days it is a PITA!

Just looking for something that is a little more user friendly on a day to day basis and I don't have a lot of extra money to spend on polish and pads for expermentation...

Thanks!

:iagree: I too would like to hear more reviews on this product. My one concern is that it comes in a spray bottle. It seems like the sprayer head would get clogged. No?

With the Opti Coat coming packaged in a syrynge and all, and seeing that Optimum is headed up by a Doctor, I think this product should be packaged in an IV Drip Bag

I have both but I tend to still reach for 105/205 most often. I dont know why maybe because that is what I am most familiar with. They work well, they have a longer working time which is good and bad IMO. I like 105 because it works so quickly.

The spray idea was a good idea but to me it just creates a mess. The tip doesnt get clogged but I always end up with splatter over the ground, myself, and my polisher.

Dr. G is my new hero. I didn't think ONR could be topped...then came hyper spray compound and spray polish (zero dusting, long work times, no messes and no fuss, perfect finishing).

Now the new Opti-Coat 2....Optimum is on a roll for sure.

So you have used the spray polish and like it?

I own, use, and love the spray compound and polish. I have not had a problem with the tip clogging. Well, let me rephrase that. Whenever you start using it, the nozzle will clog after a spray or two. However, open the nozzle slightly and no more problems. Cleaning the nozzle after use helps as well.

While it does not cut like M105, I find it much more pleasurable to work with. No dusting, good working time, respectable cut, and it finishes down good.

I find that when using it it is better to spray it on the pad, then spray the panel. I learned my lesson on a convertible when I got overspray/splatter on the top. Yes, it can be messy if you don't watch your spraying, but once you get the hang of the spray it works great.

I will be buying more when this runs out.

Only gripe I still have with the spray compound/polish is the amount of overspray that gets on the polisher body and everything around where you're spraying it. The product itself though is awesome.

^exactly! the splatter is terrible sometimes!! otherwise its a good product!

I haven't used the compound but the polish worked very well for me. I can't seem to get it to come out in a mist like the video but I just started to put a "stripe" on the pannel and picked it up with the buffer. It didn't sling and I felt it gave me huge street cred. The work time is as long as you want and the finish is as good as my Menzerna without the dust. I like it a lot!
