Received 3 of these: Griot's Garage Pump Head Dispenser

Was expecting to receive 3 of these: Griots Garage Dispensing Spout

Already sent E-Mail and photo to customer service.

Innocent mistake, probably sitting in bins right next to each other.

I don't expect any issue with customer service making this right. Everything else in the order was correct and proper and no leaking gallon containers, either.

Most likely the close to similar descriptions at quick glance. Still a mistake that could have been avoided.

Well, just like clockwork I receive an update to my order with an additional tracking number and it appears as though the correct items are on their way. Can't beat this customer service.

3 dispensing spouts showed up last night, one day ahead of schedule via FedEx truck just as I was pulling into the driveway from work. World-class customer service, especially when shipping errors and broken product bottles arrive. I've had leaking gallon bottles arrive twice, both times replaced quickly and without any issues.
