Ordered a new wool mit and got the wrong one.

I had ordered the same wool mitt from AG that I've been using for years now only this time I got a different smaller kind that doesn't match the pic on the website. Do they do that, just substitute one for another? (I've had this one before and after it shrinks I can't get my hand in it.) Has anyone had this happen before?

the vendor may have changed them, AG doesnt just substitute products. I would call in and discuss issue for quick resolve.
