I recently started a mobile headlight restoration business, and things are going ok for being in business for two months. I want to add other services to add. I've considered doing wheel and rim cleaner, but wanted some other ideas. Thanks in advance for the help.
 
The headlight restoration is a visual and functional enhancement. Why not add windshield polishing/coating as a package deal?
 
What would be needed to add that if you don't mind me asking?

Do you remove the headlights?
 
Are you referring to headlight restoration, I tape off around the headlight and I'm able to get all of the headlight during the restoration.
 
Just curious on what kind of protection you apply to the lights after they are corrected. I haven't had any luck with longevity of coatings on headlights.

Back on topic...the windshield polishing/coating could be a good add on service for you and you probably wouldn't have to buy many more products/tools than what you already have. Another is leather repair. I am currently looking into this myself. No real expensive tools needed, just dyes, fillers, cleaners, etc.

Depends on how fancy you want to get. You could do a "basic" treatment which would consist of washing windshield, clay, and apply an OTC glass product. An upsell from that would be doing those steps I mentioned but also polish the glass to get it super clean/smooth (not to remove scratches) and then add a coating. Maybe hit the trim or cowl with APC followed by a water based rubber/trim sealant.
 
I started off doing headlights and as funds started to build I added other services as well. I offer warranty to coated headlights. I also do repair headlights with condensation inside which does involve removin the headlight. As far as other services go, I did windshield chip repair, as well as glass treatment as explained above. Now I'm doing wheel repairs as well for curb rashed wheels. Wheel repairs have kept me relatively busy, it's a good market out here in Socal
