I purchased a Autogeek 5-Gallon Wash Bucket, Grit Gaurd, and Gamma Lid back in April 2015.
I finally got the chance to use it last Saturday to give my vehicle a rinseless wash. I normally waterless wash my vehicle each weekend, but it was just too dirty this weekend.
I removed the products I had stored in the bucket and installed the grit guard. The grit guard fit snugly in the bucket, but it did not require a lot of force for it to reach the bottom of the bucket. I mixed two gallons of rinseless wash solution and discovered my new bucket was leaking from numerous cracks near the bottom of the bucket. Bummer! Kind of wondering if I recieved a bad bucket?
Anyway, I placed a few pieces of tape over the cracks to slow the leaks and placed the bucket within another bucket while I washed my vehicle.
I took a few photos and sent an email to AG customer service Sunday evening about the cracks in my new bucket. Late Monday afternoon, I received a shipping confirmation from AG stating that a new wash bucket will be delivered via UPS, no questions asked! This is the only time I have ever experienced a problem with an AG product or any product that AG carries.
Glad to have the problem solved so quickly. Happy customer for sure! :dblthumb2:
