Hi all,
Warm weather approaching here in NW NJ. Currently working 60-80 hours at my regular job so I don't get much time to post, but I do "lurk" ALOT. Anyway, who cares.
My question is more of a "is there an easier way" type of thing. I work in the EMS field and I like the vehicles (ambulances) I drive to look GOOD. Wondering if anyone has any advice on how to "clay" these vehicles in a more efficient (meaning quicker) fashion. I have clayed my vehicle and can be time consuming.
I am not looking for show car finishes on the ambulances. My plan is probably wash, clay, and use an AIO. May do a little extra protection on the parts that tend to collect bugs and tar and such, so it will be easier to clean in the future.
Just curious if any of you RV detailers may know of any clay or clay alternative products made specifically for larger vehicles such as RV's, ambulances, fire trucks, and so on. Done a search and haven't really found anything out there.
I heard Bill Gates once say " I will choose a lazy person to do a difficult job, because he will find an easier way to do it.." I'm not exactly LAZY but I am all about finding the easier, faster, do it right way.
I was thinking of somehow using an easy prep towel maybe mounted on something to cover more area. Any other ideas.
