Hello everyone,

I had my truck at the body shop getting new cab corners, rocker panlels, a chrome rear bumper and a new drivers door put on, along with a complete paint on the bottom of the truck. The painter a friend of mine, did a great job on the paint job and sheet metal repair, but forgot to mask off my window
( tinted ) now it has over spray on the inside. What's the best way to get it off? Clay and window cleaner did alright, not all is gone though.

Thanks,

Retint it. Save money by removing it yourself. Use a little bit of soap and water. Spray the tinted window and but a black garbage bag up to it. If it sunny let it sit in the sun for about 5 min and the tint and glue will come off with no residue left behind. If its not hot and sunny use a hair drier

Agreed, get it re-tinted on just that one window.

Because it's a tinted window, some of the things you could do to remove the overspray may end up removing the tint along with it.
