Oxidation around door handles F150

How do I remove the oxidation around the plastic door handles on this F-150? The dis coloring is just inside the crease of the inset for the handles. It's like this around the emblems and corners of the windows too.

Try some apc with a toothbrush while your washing it.

Try some apc with a toothbrush while your washing it.

I used a soft brush and a little cleaner and it has taken most of it off. Thanks.
