I got this just last week as I wanted to get away from the stiff brush I had been using. My question now is - What can I use to "pluck" the feathers off my top?

I tried using a solid water stream from the hose and that didn't work.

Just thought of using a lint roller, maybe that would work.

My previous feather-tip was blue and I thought that the blue feathers that remained on my top was because that brush was a cheap one from a local store. Now I find that this better quality brush does the same thing?

Ideas anyone?

BTW - the top is a black fabric.

The lint roller sounds like a good idea, but as an alternate wrap masking tape, sticky side out on the palm and fingers of your hand then blot the fibers away. Try the same thing on the brush itself as it may be just loose fibers from the manufacturing process. Same basic idea as the lint roller, just a different approach.
