Has anyone compared the cut of the Lake Country orange flatpad to the Meguiars burgundy disc? Ihave used the Meguiars disc and I have the LC orange. I only have two of each which is not enoughto complete a car. At first I thought Iwould only use them for spots. But itturns out the whole car can use a good compounding. Before I buy a few more I would like to getopinions on them?

The Meguiar's burgundy is a bit more aggressive than the LC orange. It's moderately stiff, with a looser network of open cell loops that is capable of efficiently working an abrasive.

The orange has smaller cells, that provide a more dense foam that uses this density to provide aggression rather than the more mechanical nature of the Megs burgundy.

And the Pad Master has spoken. :righton:
