Pad conditioner

I'm on a very limited budget, and can't really afford to buy specialized pad conditioner. ($12 for a small bottle) I heard that Meg's Quick Detailer spray can be used. True?

any quick detailer will do the job
the main point with the pad conditioner is softening the pad by lubricating it and any quick detailer will do the same

Thanks. According to some people, Meg's QD works better than others. Since I have a couple bottles of it already, I'm good to go.

You can also makes some if you have some rinse less. I use the dp and make a pad/clay lube from it
