Has anyone used or have these pads? I picked them up today from a local automotive supply company.. the thing is they came in clear plastic bags the compounding pad is 8" waffle yellow labeled 3M™ #470 and the polishing pad black/charcoal 8" waffle labeled 3M™#370.. again only the bags are marked not the pads. Ok so what's the issue you ask? Well I go to look up the pads on 3M's website and the #'s don't exist not even obsolete?? In fact I did a search with just the #370/#470 pad numbers and found this website http://www.beverlymfgco.com/product.php?pid=15 So who makes these pads??? Sorry in advance for the long and dragged out question :bolt:
