Paint droplets on vehicles paint

Hello Mike, a customer has a 65 Impala wagon (white) that has a couple drops (large) of what looks like paint on the surface of the hood. I don't know what kind of paint it is. I suspect it might be some sort of house paint that got spilled in the garage or something but not sure.

What can I do to remove the paint off the car?

have you tried to manually with your finger nail pop the paint up? usually latex can peel off if the car had protection on it, if not try clay, if that don't work go with some tarminator. or try tarminator before claying.

I will try what you said. Should I try a heat gun to warm up the paint if that doesnt work? It is pretty thick.
