paint in wheel well

so I had a girl ask me to detail her car
The problem is she ran over white paint.
she has specs on the car and wheels which im not to worried about.
i can probably get out with clay.
The real problem is her front wheel well is covered in white paint.
I mean it literately looks like someone painted her wheel well white.
also on her tire. Any suggestions on how to get this off?

I’ve used 3M’s “Adhesive Cleaner”; and,
Ace Hardware’s (it’s probably Goof Off’s?)
“Graffiti Remover” to remove road paint
from wheel wells.

Often a plastic razor blade, or similar
gadget, will come in handy.

Do the car have and undercarige protection in the wheel wells. That protects the body from stones and wear and tear. Cause some of the solvents could desolve this protection and leave the wheel wells with bare paint and plastics. Then you may need to reapply this undercarige spray. This is very common where I live and is standard from the car manufactures. Don't know if you have this done to the vehicals in the US.

Otherwise it's just to listen to Bob. He knows his stuff

Because of what labor could be involved, it might be cheaper to replace the wheel well liner. New they usually only run 40-80$. Used ones in good condition even less.

First identify if it's latex paint. Let's assume it's latex.presoak area with adhesion remover or a strong apc.Let it dwell for 10 minutes then blast away with using a pressure washer using the green tip.Should come off easily with the tire as well.When using pw tip get right on it,don't be afraid of piercing the liner it's self.Oil based paint maybe go to home depot and see what would be the best product to remove.usually xylene would work but may melt the lining.Grafitti remover may help brake it down and use a old credit card and chip away.credit card because of its flexibility would be better than plastic blades.If you can't blast it off try the red tip but at a distance.The last resort would be to paint it with a satin black.
