Paint Thinner Overspray

I finished painting the inside of our cabinets with a Wagner gun and was cleaning it out at the end of our driveway. When I sprayed the paint thinner through, it somehow drifted into the garage and onto my car. Will this hurt it in any way? I dont have time to wash and clay it right now. Just wondering incase I need to qd it real quick?

Whatever damage has occurred, has occurred. Paint thinner eats paint. I woulda rinsed it ASAP after the incident.
