Motorgeek congratulated by D. Panoz.

Stewart Linn who won the UK AVO Ginetta Championship in his Motorgeek backed race car was congratulated by Dan Panoz the President of Panoz Auto Development during the annual award ceremony dinner held during the Autosport International Show in Birmingham.

This was Stewart’s second time he had won the championship and part of his prize was a full day’s testing in the Panoz Esperante car that won Le Mans in 2006.

Dan Panoz was attending as a guest of LNT Automotive, the European Distributor of Panoz Road and Race Cars

Stewart’s father Ron,principal of PBMA’ s UK /European Distributor, Motorgeek also attended the award ceremony to see the winning trophy being awarded to his son.

The Ginetta Championship is a one make series and attracts grids of 40 at each race meeting. They race at all the main UK circuits including Silverstone, Brands Hatch, Rockingham and Donington Park.

whoa whoa whoa...so the son of the european PBMA distributor is going to be testing a panoz esperante for a whole day and gets a trophy and all this? i need to go to europe...
 
I've taken the Panoz Race Car Driving School at Sebring twice. It's a 3 day class and a lot of fun as long and you don't hit any walls.
 
I've taken the Panoz course as well, I love their Esperante street cars and plenty of mods available since their using the Cobra engines. Plus Panoz rocks in the racing world:awesome:
