Try looking at your local bank.Down here in south fla I have 8 people on payroll the bank deos everything you mentioned and includes workers comp for 50 a month,I was paying my acct 200 a month just for the payroll and no workers comp.
I would use a payroll service. We have used them for 14 people down to 2 people. Unless your handy with that stuff, its one area that is worth its weight.
